TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a construction work consisting in the modernization of the teaching part of building A2 and CD in terms of lecture halls under the design and build formula – the Science and Knowledge Exchange Zone project. The works will be carried out within task no. 2 of the “Science and Knowledge Exchange Zone” project (investment financed from the state budget). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference – the Functional and Utility Program along with attachments. The contracting authority informs that in case of the use in the Terms of Reference of the designation of the subject of the contract by indicating trade names, trademarks, patents or origin, source or special process or standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems, it is intended to specify the subject of the order.
