Part 1: Modernisation of the roof of the sports hall at Primary School No 6• Installation of new roofing in the form of / laying separatory fleece, laying PCV membrane 1.5 mm thick, bonding the membrane to the existing flashings, dismantling and restoring the lightning protection installation• Works related to extending the eaves (dismantling existing gutters, extending the eaves, topping up with mineral wool + covering, new over- and under-runs/strips, new gutter + leaders/drain inlets to downpipes)• Carrying out modernisation of roof ventilators together with the making of guards and new nozzles• Performing the securing of access to the roof (an additional railing segment by the attic ladder access hatch)• Installation of a work-at-height safety system • Repair of damp plaster (chipping off the blistered areas, anti-fungal treatment, filling in deficiencies, painting x2) inside the hall • Performing a new sealing of the roofing (counter-flashing/cover strip) in the area of the parapets and the gable wall of the gymnasium.• Performing ventilation of the sanitary drainage system (collecting vents in the inter-ceiling space into the duct and drawing it out to the outside of the…
