TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the roof and air conditioning of the Municipal Public Library in Mikołów 4.1. The scope of the task includes: a. carrying out construction works related to the modernisation of the low part of the roof over the back-room premises of the extension and the children’s library – area 200 m2: - dismantling and disposal/utilisation of the existing layers above the ceiling of the extension (thermally bonded roofing felt, cement screed, polystyrene, sheet-metal flashings, lightning protection installation brackets, rainwater outlets, opening/penetration in the internal parapet of the roof (flat-roof) ceiling),- drying and cleaning the ceiling surface and treating with anti-fungal agent the fragment of the parapet and ceiling walls in the vicinity of the rainwater outlet from the side of ul. K.
