3. Subject matter of the contract: 3.1. The subject matter of the contract is the modernisation of access roads to agricultural land in the area of Gmina Skała. 3.2. Names and contract codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 45233142-6 – Road repair works; 45233223-8 – Replacement of road surface; 45233220-7 – Road surface works. 3.3. The description of the subject matter of the contract constitutes Annex No 7 to the SWZ; the bill(s) of quantities for the works constitute: 3.3.1.
