TENDER DESCRIPTION
Modernisation of municipal and internal roads 12.1. Main subject. The subject of the intended construction works is the implementation of the task entitled “Modernisation of municipal and internal roads”. 12.2. The detailed scope of the contract has been specified in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. Other conditions concerning the performance of the contract have been specified in the draft provisions of the contract — Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 12.3. The requirements (obligations, tasks, commitments) imposed on the Contractor are described in the draft provisions of the contract forming — Annex No. 7 to the SWZ and, additionally, within the scope that is complementary (i.e. not regulated in the present SWZ and in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ).
