TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the road in Radziejewo – plot no. 42 I. The subject of the contract is: carrying out construction works as part of the investment project entitled: Modernisation of the road in Radziejewo – plot no. 42 II. The investment will be implemented in: Pomorskie Voivodeship, Starogard County, the Zblewo commune, Radziejewo cadastral district, part of plot no. 42, in accordance with the attached documentation as well as indicative maps and the OPZ. III. Contractor’s obligations 1. Before commencing the works, the Contractor shall agree with the Municipal Utility Company of the Zblewo Commune the exact location of the wells and valves of the water-sewage network in order to adjust them, and on the date of final acceptance shall present a report confirming the correctness of the adjustment of those wells and valves issued by the Municipal Utility Company of the Zblewo Commune. 2. During the performance of road works, the Contractor shall secure, in an appropriate manner, against damage any other existing technical infrastructure located within the road right-of-way, with particular attention to the gas network.
