Energy modernization of the village community hall building in Złotów Energy modernization of the village community hall building in ZłotówThe object covered by the study is a public utility building – a village community hall. For the building, a preliminary audit (ex-ante) has been prepared; for the Contractor, it is necessary to carry out a post-completion audit (ex-post)/an energy performance certificate of the building in order to demonstrate the intended increase in the indicators listed in the ex-ante audit. The building is a single-storey, non-basement building. Traditional construction, made of masonry with small-sized units. Roof structure: monolithic structure, covered with roofing felt. Direct foundation on monolithic strip footings. Gravity ventilation. Window and door joinery: PVC, wooden and steel. The overall technical condition of the building is assessed as satisfactory.
