TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the energy-efficient modernisation of the building of the County Roads Board (Zarząd Dróg Powiatowych) in Trzebnica and the County School Complex No. 2 (Powiatowy Zespół Szkół nr 2) named after Piotr Włostowic in Trzebnica in the form “design and build”, divided into 2 parts: 1) Part 1 – Energy-efficient modernisation of the County Roads Board building in Trzebnica – design and build; 2. The Contracting Authority will divide the contract into 2 parts and allows submission of partial tenders. 3. Each of the Contractors may submit a tender for any number of parts. The Contracting Authority does not specify the maximum number of parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor. 4. Investment address: 1) Part 1 – ul. Łączna 1c, 55-100 Trzebnica; 5. The subject of the contract must be carried out in the form “design and build”. The individual parts of the contract cover, within their scope, thermal modernisation of buildings prepared on the basis of the functional and utility programme, together with provision of author’s supervision over the performance of the construction works carried out.
