TENDER DESCRIPTION
Modernisation and adaptation of the manor house “Koryznówka” for museum purposes – stage I 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the investment task entitled “Modernisation and adaptation of the manor house “Koryznówka” for museum purposes – stage I”, including part of the works planned to be carried out within the project involving the modernisation and adaptation of the historic manor-and-park complex “Koryznówka” for museum purposes. The design documentation has been prepared for a project comprising a broader scope of works than that covered by these proceedings. The Contractor is required to perform exclusively the works covered by the scope of this contract indicated in this file. As an auxiliary measure, the Contracting Authority provides bills of quantities for the works covered by this contract, taking into account design solutions that enable the implementation of subsequent stages of the investment without the need to carry out repair works or dismantling of elements carried out under this contract.
