3.3. The Contracting Authority’s requirements concerning the subject matter of the contract: The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the description contained in the SWZ, the contract and in accordance with: a) the functional and utility programme constituting Appendix No 4 to the SWZ b) the conditions resulting from the applicable technical regulations and the Construction Law; c) the requirements resulting from the applicable Polish Standards, Technical Conditions for Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works and related regulations; d) the principles of sound technical knowledge and established customs. When performing the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall purchase, on its own account, all finishing materials necessary to carry out the present task within the costs specified in this contract.
