TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation and renovation of the office building of the Barycz Forest District The subject of the contract comprises construction works involving the modernisation and renovation of the office building of the Barycz Forest District, located in the town of Barycz 69, including the performance of the following works: - renovation of the external stairs together with the building plinth on the entrance side, - replacement of wall coverings and floor layers on the ground floor and floor coverings in the attic, - sanding and varnishing the parquet in the forest manager’s room, - renovation of the tiling in the bathrooms on the ground floor and in the attic. The detailed scope of works, the quality standard of their performance, and the properties of construction products are set out in documents forming part of the project documentation, including: - the execution design for the modernisation and renovation, - the Technical Specification for the Works Implementation and Repair (WiOR) for the execution design, - the bill of quantities, constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ.
