TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation and creation of a new recreational space for children and adults at the Burloch Arena facility, Bytomska Street, in Ruda Śląska – Orzegów 1. The scope of works to be performed includes:  replacing the sand surface on the existing playground,  replacing benches and rubbish bins,  delivery and installation of a play set of the “Large Ship” type with dimensions in metres max. (length x width x height) 13.00 x 7.50 x 6.50, min. 12.00 x 5.00 x 5.00,  delivery and installation of 4 fitness devices (for exercise),  delivery and installation of elements of small architecture (benches, rubbish bins, information boards),  construction of a surface made of overgrowth mats,  hauling in and spreading topsoil,  sowing grass,  construction of fencing of the playground with gates,  removal and disposal of all waste, demolition materials, rubble, soil and packaging arising in connection with the performance of this contract, and documenting the waste management procedure,  geodetic as-built inventory,  auxiliary and accompanying works.
