TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and start-up of medical equipment, non-medical equipment and teleinformatics infrastructure intended for long-term daily care premises at the County Health Centre Ltd. (Powiatowe Centrum Zdrowia Sp. z o.o.) in Otwock, together with the performance of accompanying modernisation works necessary for the proper installation, commissioning and use of the delivered equipment. 2. The contract is carried out as part of the project titled “Close to home, during the day – long-term daily care at the County Health Centre Ltd.
