“Modernisation and furnishing of the premises of the Psychological and Educational Counselling Centre in Kwidzyn” ul. Grudziądzka 8, 82-500 Kwidzyn – preparation of complete design documentation. 1. The subject of the contract includes:  preparation of complete design documentation for the task entitled: “Modernisation and furnishing of the premises of the Psychological and Educational Counselling Centre in Kwidzyn” filing, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, an effective application for a building permit and obtaining a final decision on the building permit; performing author’s supervision over the execution of the works. The subject of the contract is the preparation of complete design and cost-estimate documentation for renovation and construction works related to the modernisation and furnishing of the premises of the Psychological and Educational Counselling Centre in Kwidzyn.
