TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation and equipping of the rural community centre in Radogoszcz 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting of the renovation of the rural community centre building in Radogoszcz, Gmina Lubań, located on plot no. 239/1, precinct 0009 Radogoszcz, as part of the project titled “Modernisation and equipping of the rural community centre in Radogoszcz”, including, among other things: 1) performing vertical insulation of the foundation walls; 2) general renovation of all rooms; 3) improving the acoustics of the main hall of the building; 4) improving the functionality of the toilets; 5) replacing door joinery; 6) replacing the electrical installations, water installations, sanitary sewerage and central heating; 7) replacing the heat source from a solid-fuel boiler to a heat pump; 8) installation of air conditioners; 9) renovation of the façade together with renovation of the platforms, stairs and handrails; 10) ensuring access to the building for persons with disabilities in terms of constructing a ramp adjacent to the platform leading to the external entrance to the main hall of the building.
