Modernisation and strengthening of the basement level in PM-4 1) The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works under the “Design and Build” formula for the task entitled Modernisation and strengthening of the basement level in PM-42) The contract includes:a) obtaining all documents and information necessary to design the construction works;b) preparation of a complete construction and technical design;c) obtaining all necessary permits and arrangements;d) preparation of technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works;e) preparation of investor’s cost estimates and bills of quantities;f) execution of complete construction works;g) handing over the facility to the Contracting Authority;3) The detailed scope of works is specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (Functional and Utility Programme).The Contracting Authority sets that on 09.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. a site visit will take place at the Municipal Preschool No. 4 building in Gliwice, ul.
