TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the lighting infrastructure in the Brzozów Commune The subject matter of the contract is comprehensive modernisation of the road and street lighting system within the Brzozów Commune under the “design and build” formula. The contract is implemented using Variant III (Optimal Variant) specified in the Energy Efficiency Audit of the Brzozów Commune Lighting Infrastructure. This variant includes modernisation of luminaires that are the property of the Brzozów Commune and luminaires installed on the assets of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. (based on the concluded agreement for the use of real property for construction purposes). The main objective of the investment is: 1) Reduction of electricity consumption by at least 73% (from a level of 1 313 682.5 kWh/year to approx. 351 919.8 kWh/year). 2) Reduction of the installed actual power of the system from 316.55 kW to a maximum of 100.75 kW (with the designed luminaire power not exceeding 73 kW). 3) Meeting the requirements set out in the conditions for connection to the grid and in EU Commission Regulation No 1194/2012 of 12 December 2012, and adapting the lighting parameters of roads and pedestrian paths within the commune to…
