TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of technical infrastructure 1. The subject of the contract is the Modernisation of technical infrastructure, including: 1.1. purchasing and delivering Equipment and performing Installation Services consisting in the expansion of structured cabling (fibre-optic) in the buildings of the Regional Branches of the NBP; 1.2. delivering Equipment and performing Installation Services consisting in the modernisation and reorganisation of the distribution point in the building of the NBP Head Office; 1.3. preparing As-Built Documentation along with transferring the economic copyrights to the As-Built Documentation and related rights; 1.4. granting by the Contractor a Warranty for the Equipment, including for the performed Installation Services. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and conditions for its performance are specified in the Draft contract provisions, which constitute Annex No 6 to the Specification of Contracting Terms (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia, SWZ). 3.
