TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the central heating installation at the forest lodge Dębowo The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the central heating installation at the forest lodge Dębowo, in particular: 1) dismantling and disposal of the central heating boiler, 2) installation of a new wood-gasifying class 5 central heating boiler c. o. meeting the PN-EN 303-5:2012 standard and the EU Ecodesign directive with a power output of 25 kW together with a thermostatic regulating valve and accessories, 3) adaptation of the central heating system to the new equipment, incl.: adjustment of system connections, installation of valves and circulation pumps, 4) execution of a plate heat exchanger together with accessories, 5) installation of a buffer tank with a capacity of min. 900 l, 6) replacement of the old domestic hot water (DHW) cylinder with a new cylinder with a spiral coil with a capacity of min. 180 l, 7) replacement of the existing hydrofor tank with a new vertical tank with a capacity of 200 l together with accessories, 8) commissioning of the boiler room together with instruction for the tenant.
