Modernisation of existing rooms and adapting them for the OC warehouse, together with ensuring emergency power supply to the facility The subject of the contract is the performance of renovation and installation works in the building of the Health Centre in Szerzyny, together with the delivery of equipment and a generating set. Part I: Carrying out renovation works in the premises of the Health Centre, including at least: demolition works (breaking up floors and plaster, dismantling the existing installation and joinery, making openings in walls) including removal and disposal of waste; general construction and finishing works (floors, plaster, wall cladding, painting, installation of joinery and window sills, installation of a gate, adaptation of the driveway); delivery of furniture equipment; installation of electrical, water-sewer (water and wastewater) and central heating (c.o.) systems.
