TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The subject matter of the contract is the supply and installation of cinema seats, carpet flooring and obstacle lighting in the cinema hall of the Centre of Culture 105 in Koszalin. In particular, the subject matter of the contract includes: a) dismantling of existing cinema seats, removal of the existing carpet flooring and dismantling of LED profiles and strips; b) collecting, transporting and handing over waste generated in connection with the performance of the Contract Subject for lawful management, in accordance with applicable regulations on waste management, including regulations on BDO, together with the Contractor bearing all related costs and performing the obligations incumbent upon it in accordance with applicable regulations; c) preparing the substrate to the extent necessary for the proper laying and installation of the carpet flooring; d) supply and installation of 425 new cinema seats; e) supply and installation of new carpet flooring together with skirting strips; f) supply and installation of LED obstacle lighting; g) performing all other actions necessary for the proper performance of the contract subject, resulting from the Contract and the Description of…
