TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of cinema seats, carpeting, and obstacle lighting in the cinema hall of the Centre for Culture 105 in Koszalin. The scope of the contract includes in particular: a) dismantling existing cinema seats, removing the existing carpeting, and dismantling LED profiles and strips; b) collecting, transporting, and handing over for lawful disposal waste generated in connection with performance of the Contract Subject, in accordance with applicable regulations on waste management, including the regulations concerning BDO, together with the Contractor bearing all related costs and performing the obligations incumbent upon it under the applicable regulations; c) preparing the substrate to the extent necessary for the proper laying and installation of the carpeting; d) supplying and installing 425 new cinema seats; e) supplying and installing new carpeting together with skirting strips; f) supplying and installing LED obstacle lighting; g) performing any other actions necessary for the proper execution of the contract subject, resulting from the Contract and the Description of the contract subject.
