TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the stairwell and corridors in the main office building of OODR in Łosiów The subject of the contract is the renovation of the terrazzo (lastriko) floor in the corridors on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and in the basement level (part below the stairs), renovation of the stair treads, dismantling the old steel-and-wood handrail, fabrication and installation of a new stairwell handrail made of stainless steel, and painting the stairwell, in particular:• renovation of the terrazzo (lastriko) floor – corridors – approx. 250 m², • removal of skirting/base blocks at the floor level, filling in plaster and painting – approx. 158 m², • renovation of the terrazzo (lastriko) floor – stair treads – approx. 103 m², m²,• dismantling the old wooden-and-steel handrail (cutting the balusters) approx. 67 m, 337 pcs.,• fabrication and installation of a new handrail made of stainless steel (infill with glass) approx. 74 m²,• painting the corridors and the stairwell from level -1 to +3 – approx. 297 m²,• purchase and delivery of all necessary materials to perform the subject of the contract
