“Modernisation of the Moje Boisko ORLIK 2012 sports complex” – renovation of the building 1. The subject of the contract is the “- renovation of the building within the Moje Boisko ORLIK 2012 sports complex as part of the task entitled ‘Modernisation of the Moje Boisko ORLIK 2012 sports complex’.” 2. As part of the works covered by the subject matter of the contract and the proposed tender price, the Contractor undertakes in particular to: 1) carry out the works in accordance with the documentation provided by the Contracting Authority, the provisions of the SWZ, the rules of technical knowledge and building art, and applicable provisions of law, 2) submit to a representative of the Contracting Authority material applications for the individual equipment/materials that are the subject of the contract, 3) prepare, develop and secure the construction site, 4) prepare, for the first site meeting, a schedule for carrying out the individual works, 5) use during the works exclusively materials that meet the design requirements and technical requirements, after obtaining the Contracting Authority’s prior approval for the proposed materials, 6) repair at their own expense or pay…
