„Modernisation of the sports complex “My Pitch – Orlik 2012” in Złocieniec on F. Chopina Street” The subject of this contract is to carry out the modernisation of the sports complex ORLIK 2012 in Złocieniec in the “design and build” formula. The task includes preparing technical documentation along with obtaining a building permit in particular for the following construction works: designing and building as part of the task “Modernisation of the sports complex “ORLIK 2012” in Złocieniec”, involving comprehensive replacement of the synthetic surface of the multi-purpose pitch, the grass surface of the pitch (artificial turf), and replacement of 5 containers in which there are toilets and changing rooms, with 3 new containers in which there will be toilets, changing rooms, a storage room, and a coach’s room. On the Contractor’s side, it is to obtain all necessary arrangements, decisions, and permits in order to implement the entire task comprehensively.
