Modernisation of the boiler house at the Municipal Office of the Olkusz Municipality The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the boiler house at the Municipal Office (Urząd Miasta i Gminy) in Olkusz in the form of the “design and build” (zaprojektuj i wybuduj) arrangement. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes carrying out construction works in accordance with the installation-industry projects developed by the Contractor based on the Functional and Utility Programme (Program Funkcjonalno-Użytkowy), which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. The contract in particular includes: 1) preparing, based on the Functional and Utility Programme, design documentation including a building design (project budowlany), which is the basis for submitting an intention to commence the works; preparing a technical design in the standard of an executive design, technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, a bill of quantities (przedmiar robót) and investor’s cost estimates (kosztorysy inwestorskie); preparing an inventory and an expert opinion, which form an integral part of the design documentation.
