Modernisation of the boiler room together with replacement of the heat source at Primary School No. 1 named after Irena Sendler in Toszek 1. The subject of the contract is the modernisation of the gas boiler room together with the replacement of the gas boilers in the building of Primary School No. 1 named after Irena Sendler in Toszek, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the design documentation, the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works, and the Draft contractual provisions (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ). 3. The Contractor, at its own expense and on its own responsibility, will remove rubble, scrap and other waste for disposal. The Contracting Authority does not indicate the location where the waste is to be taken.
