TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of a helicopter landing site under a “design and build” formula as part of an investment project no.: “Modernisation of a landing site for helicopters of University Hospital No. 1 (...) 1. The subject matter of the contract in accordance with the “design and build” formula is to carry out a design and construction undertaking involving the modernisation of an existing raised helipad located on the last above-ground floor of the building at SU1 University Hospital No. 1, named after Dr Antoni Jurasz, in Bydgoszcz. The contract, in accordance with the formula, includes the preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation, construction works, preparation of inventory/record documentation, and obtaining all positive opinions, consents and permits. 2. The project is financed by the Ministry of Health under the Medical Fund — agreement no. DOI.FM.SMPL.20.LSOR-MOD.2026.9.62.3.
