„Modernisation of the ground helipad for LPR helicopters – ŁĘCZYCA HOSPITAL” CHAPTER III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT 1. The subject matter of the contract consists of construction works involving the redevelopment and expansion of the future ground helipad for LPR helicopters of the Łęczyca ZOZ (independent public health care facility) together with the accompanying infrastructure and site development, including the construction of a retaining wall as part of the investment task entitled “Modernisation of the ground helipad for LPR helicopters – ŁĘCZYCA HOSPITAL”, based on the developed design documentation for the implementation of the task entitled “Modernisation of the ground helipad for LPR helicopters – ŁĘCZYCA HOSPITAL”, in accordance with the design documentation attached to the SWZ (Terms of Reference), the bill of quantities prepared by the author of the design documentation, and the SWZ. The scope of the investment in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract.
