MODERNISATION OF THE LANDING SITE AT THE SPECIALIST HOSPITAL NAMED AFTER LUDWIK RYDYGIER IN KRAKÓW, LTD. 1. The subject matter of the contract is construction works consisting in the Modernisation of the Landing Site at the Specialist Hospital named after Ludwik Rydygier in Kraków, ltd.. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in this Specification, in particular in the Project constituting Appendix No 1 to this Specification, as well as the draft contract constituting Appendix No 3 to the Specification. 3. Elements of the works not included in the bill of quantities or not priced, and which result directly from the tender documentation (Project, Specification), the Contracting Authority shall consider as priced and included in the tender, without any possibility of any claims whatsoever from the Contractor on this basis. In connection with the above, Contractors are required to thoroughly review the documentation and the conditions prevailing on the site of the investment.
