Modernisation of residential premises 3.1. The subject of the contract is: “Modernisation of residential premises” 3.2. The subject of the contract is the modernisation of residential premises within the territory of the Municipality of Kielce, within the scope of general construction works and internal sanitary and electrical installations, together with ancillary clearing works, the scope of which includes: plastering works, carpentry works, flooring works, fitting and tiling of floors, cladding works, painting works, glazing works, sanitary installation works, i.e. water-and-sewerage, gas installations, central heating, ventilation and electrical works, including the necessary replacement of fittings and protections in the residential premises, as well as works related to removing from the construction site rubble and other materials arising from demolition and waste and waste products, including their transport (handing over of this material for utilisation) and cleaning up the construction site area, and the cost of preparing an energy performance certificate for each residential premises in accordance with the Act of 29 August 2014 on the energy performance characteristics…
