Modernisation of a residential unit – an unoccupied premises at ul. Milusińskich 9/5 in Bielsko-Biała, constituting a resource of the City of Bielsko-Biała, managed by ZGM – repetition of Part 4 of Stage VIII/2 The subject of the contract is the modernisation of an unoccupied premises with a usable area of 38.25 m2, intended for a residential unit, within the scope specified: 1) the bill of quantities of construction and installation works, including the supply and services, which also covers the replacement of window joinery with single-row, double-sash (i.e., two-compartment) integrated PVC window joinery – 3 units; 2) the bill of quantities of installation works for the electrical installations; which together constitute Appendix No 2 to the Terms of Reference; 3) the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works in residential premises – unoccupied premises, constituting Appendix No 3 to the Terms of Reference.
