TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the Town-and-Commune Centre of Culture in Mordy - Stage VI 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a task entitled: “Modernisation of the Town-and-Commune Centre of Culture in Mordy – Stage VI”. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) modernisation of the auditorium, 2) modernisation of the auditorium back-up area, 3) modernisation of the art room, 4) equipment of the kitchen, 5) modernisation of the alarm system; 6) replacement of the main power cut-off switch. 3. The contract must be performed in accordance with the attached Description of the subject matter of the contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Names, brands or origin of products or materials mentioned in any part of the description of the subject matter of the contract are not mandatory for Contractors. Contractors have the right to offer other equivalent products or materials provided that they ensure technical, technological, utilitarian and quality parameters that are at least meeting or exceeding the parameters of the products or materials required in the SWZ or in the appendices to the SWZ.
