TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the modernisation of residential modules at the University of Wrocław Student Halls Kredka and Ołówek, including adaptation of the buildings to the applicable fire-safety regulations. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract along with technical documentation. This is a compressed file with the .zip extension, which contains files constituting the description of the subject of the contract. 3. The draft provisions of the contract for the public procurement are set out in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft contract provisions. 4. The works will be carried out in stages in operating student halls, while ensuring the continuity of operation of the facilities and taking into account the presence of residents. 5. Throughout the entire period of performance of the contract, the Contractor shall be required to hold the insurance required in connection with the performance of the subject of the contract, as specified in Section VII of the SWZ. 1.
