TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the modernisation of residential modules in the Student Dormitories of the University of Wrocław “Kredka” and “Ołówek”, together with adapting the buildings to applicable fire protection regulations. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 3 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract together with technical documentation. This is a compressed file with the extension .zip, which contains files constituting the description of the subject matter of the contract. 3. The draft contractual provisions for the public procurement are set out in Annex No 4 to the SWZ – Draft contractual provisions. 4. The works will be carried out in stages in operating student dormitories, ensuring the continuity of operation of the facilities and taking into account the presence of residents. 5. During the entire period of performance of the contract, the Contractor will be required to hold the insurance policies required in connection with the performance of the subject matter of the contract specified in Section VII of the SWZ. 1.
