“Video surveillance modernization, stage II” – DPG Dorohusk. 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of an investment project in the “design and build” formula titled: “Video surveillance modernization, stage II” – DPG Dorohusk, based on the functional and utility programme and the instructions of the Contracting Authority. 2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) Stage I of contract performance (design phase) – preparation of complete design documentation prepared on the basis of the Description of the subject matter of the contract and consultations with the Contracting Authority and border services, along with obtaining the necessary arrangements, opinions, and administrative decisions enabling the implementation of the intended project (obtaining a building permit or making an effective notification enabling the project to be carried out with the competent architectural administration authority – if required) enabling the performance of the construction works. 2) Stage II of contract performance (execution phase) — execution of construction works within the scope of modernization of video surveillance based on technical documentation prepared by the Contractor. 3.…
