TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of the road surface on Wesoła Street in Mogilany 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the implementation of the task: Modernisation of the road surface on Wesoła Street in Mogilany (plot no. 848) over a length of 165 mb, involving preparatory works, laying new bituminous layers of the roadway surface, local replacement of the damaged road structure, repair of shoulders, and completion and housekeeping works within the scope specified in these terms of reference/specification of contract conditions, the design documentation, which defines the detailed scope of the contract, including, inter alia: Annex No. 13 – design documentation, Annex No. 12 – Technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works STWiORB, Annex No. 11 – Bill of quantities, and Annex No. 10 – draft contract, Annex No. 7 – detailed description of the subject of the contract. The Contractor shall attach to the OFFER a simplified cost estimate drawn up in accordance with the bill of quantities, which is attached to the SWZ.
