Modernisation of sports facilities at post-primary schools of the Goleniowski County – at the Zespół Szkół nr 1 in Goleniów, to be carried out using the design-and-build formula The subject of the contract is the modernisation of sports facilities at post-primary schools of the Goleniowski County – at the Zespół Szkół nr 1 in Goleniów, to be carried out using the “design and build” formula. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the following documents: Appendix No. 10 to the SWZ – Documentation; Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ – Draft Contract. Deadline for completion of the entire subject of the contract: by 30 April 2027. Within the term of performance of the contract, the Contracting Authority sets intermediate deadlines, i.e.: - by 30.11.2026 – preparing and submitting to the Contracting Authority complete design documentation taking into account the Contracting Authority’s comments and guidelines, together with a complete application for a building permit / notification of works; - by 31.12.2026 – obtaining the final decision on the building permit / no objection to the notification.
