Modernisation of a historic building at Pocztowa Street 8 in Rokietnica, the registered office of the Social Assistance Centre The contract includes the conversion of the attic of the building that serves as the registered office of the former Social Assistance Centre, transformed into the Social Services Centre, while preserving the current office function.1. The converted interiors will supplement the existing function of the building. The rooms included in the renovated part of the building are:- three office rooms, - four archives, - a staff room/social room, - a toilet, - a cleaning room and a connecting corridor. The scope of the contract also includes the conversion of the internal electrical installation and the conversion/construction of the water-sewer and sanitary installations.2. The subject of the contract also includes the furnishing (purchase, delivery) of the renovated rooms and permanent fixtures and fittings.
