TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), using the procedure referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, the so-called reverse procedure (i.e. the Contracting Authority will first examine and evaluate tenders, and then will carry out the qualification of the Contractor whose tender has been evaluated as the highest with regard to the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure), and the Specification of the Contract Terms, hereinafter referred to as the SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the possibility of applying for the contract exclusively for Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of variant tenders referred to in Article 92 of the Pzp, i.e. tenders that provide a different method of performing the contract than that specified in this SWZ.
