Modernisation of the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) Cecylówka Brzózka 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works as part of the investment project entitled “Modernisation of the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) Cecylówka Brzózka”. The scope of works includes: - the hall and corridor in the Volunteer Fire Department (OSP) Cecylówka Brzózka. All works must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation (interior arrangement) and the bill of quantities – an annex to the SWZ. 2. Moreover, under this contract, at the Contractor’s own expense, the Contractor is obliged to: - provide at least 24 months of quality warranty for the completed construction works and the materials and construction products used for the performance of the contract; - the subject of the contract must be carried out using new construction materials for which the Contractor shall provide certificates or attestations of admission for use upon every request of the supervisory inspector and shall hand them over to the Contracting Authority on the day of acceptance of the subject of the contract; - after completion of the works, but before the works are accepted, the…
