Modernisation of fluorescent lighting to LED in the rooms of the E1 segment and in the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Department in the E segment 1. The order is carried out as part of co-funding from the budget of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Local Government. Agreement No 22/D/00029/2026 dated 01.04.2026, entitled “Modernisation of construction and installation infrastructure of hospital facilities of WSS in Czerwona Góra” – Activity and financial schedule, item No 2 entitled “Modernisation of fluorescent lighting to LED in the rooms of the E1 segment and in the Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care Department in the E segment”. 2. The Contracting Authority requires the Contracting Entity to complete in the Assortment Form (Appendix No 2 to the SWZ) the column “Proposed type of lamp”. 3. Failure by the Contracting Entity to complete the column “Proposed type of lamp” in the Assortment Form or entering in that column “None” or “0” will result in rejection of the Contracting Entity’s offer. 4.
