TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of plumbing risers, bathrooms, staff/utility rooms and cleaning rooms in the building of the Ministry of Digital Affairs in Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract is to perform comprehensive construction-and-installation and finishing works with regard to plumbing risers, modernisation of bathrooms, including adapting them to the needs of persons with disabilities, and modernisation of staff/utility rooms and cleaning rooms. 2. The contract will be performed under the terms specified in the OPZ, which is Annex No 1 to the SWZ, and in the Contractual Provisions Designed (PPU), hereinafter referred to as “PPU”, which constitute Annex No 2 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in the Design Documentation submitted by the Contracting Authority, including the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), Annex No 11 to the SWZ.
