TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the sanitary and social facilities vertical in the building of the Małopolski Voivodeship Office in Kraków at 22 Basztowa Street. The subject matter of the contract includes carrying out construction works in the scope of renovation of selected hygienic-sanitary premises located on the ground floor, II and III floors in the building of the Małopolski Voivodeship Office in Kraków at Basztowa Street 22 in Kraków. The construction works will include the following works: demolition, general construction works, works in the scope of the water and sewage installation, electrical installations, finishing works together with furnishing the premises with fittings and sanitary ware as well as lighting fixtures. The construction works will be carried out on the basis of the Technical Design titled “Renovation of the sanitary and social facilities vertical in Staircase B in the building of the Małopolski Voivodeship Office in Kraków at 22 Basztowa Street”, August 2026, by the principal designer mgr inż. ach. Łukasz Jankiewicz, which constitutes the Description of the subject matter of the contract and is attached as Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
