Modernisation of the playground at Chopina Street 1. The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in carrying out an investment entitled “Modernisation of the playground at Chopina Street”. The scope of the works will include modernisation of the playground involving the installation of new recreational and play equipment, partial replacement of the sand sub-base, replacement of benches and litter bins, fencing of the playground, removal of old toys and the toilet together with connections.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ, which in particular includes:2.1. design documentation together with attachments,2.2. technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works,2.3. bill of quantities,2.4. a certificate issued by the Starosta of Golub-Dobrzyń of the absence of grounds to raise an objection No AB.6743.2.284.2026.ACH dated 26.08.2026,2.5. decision No ZN/202/2026 of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Heritage Conservator in Toruń dated 09.07.2026.3. The detailed obligations of the Contractor have been specified in the contract draft, which constitutes Appendix No 11 to this SWZ.
