Modernisation of the playground at Czajki Street A. The subject of the contract is “Modernisation of the playground at Czajki Street”. B. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the following works: 1. Preparation of design documentation required to make a construction notification, to obtain all consents, in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law; 2. Dismantling of specified playground equipment and elements of small architecture; 3. Supplying and installing new playground equipment; 4. Execution of a sand safety area; 5. Supplying and installing elements of small architecture; 6. Refurbishment of playground equipment; C. Furthermore, as part of the subject contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to: a) Provide the Contracting Authority with ongoing information on the status of performance of the contract subject, in particular before execution of works that will be concealed or become non-visible, allowing the Contracting Authority to inspect them in advance; if the Contractor fails to comply with this obligation and doubts arise as to the correct performance of these works, the Contracting Authority may request that they be uncovered, dismantled or…
