Modernisation of the playground in Modzurów 1. The subject of the contract is construction works as part of the investment project entitled “Modernisation of the playground in Modzurów”. 2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes construction works related to the expansion of the existing playground in Modzurów at ul. Słowackiego, on plot no. 186, including the supply, installation, and commissioning of the playground together with the performance of all necessary ancillary works enabling its safe and proper use in accordance with its intended purpose, including the delivery, ex works, of brand-new playground equipment and, elements of small-scale architecture. 3.
