TENDER DESCRIPTION

Modernisation of warehouse rooms as part of the implementation of the OLiOC programme 1. As part of the subject of the contract, the following construction works, among others, must be carried out: 1) preparatory works (including breaking off plaster, removing mould from walls, priming the substrate, making vertical insulation, cleaning metal elements, miniuming, painting surfaces, etc.); 2) replacement and installation of window and door joinery; 3) renovation of floor, wall and ceiling cladding/finishes; 4) renovation of the electrical installation; 5) making of an electrical central heating installation; 6) making of a ventilation installation; 7)补 filling of external plaster and painting of the building; 8) post-construction surveying inventory and as-built documentation; 9) finishing works—restoration of the area around the investment to its original condition. 2. The detailed scope of works necessary to carry out this investment has been specified in the technical documentation, STWIORB, and the bill of quantities, which constitute Annex No 10 to this SWZ.
