Part No. 1: Adaptation of premises for a Civil Defence warehouse at the primary school in Podjazach. Subject of the contract: preparation of documentation and performance, on its basis, of construction works involving the modernisation of warehouse premises for use as a warehouse for the execution of tasks within the scope of OLiOC, including for each part of the contract: 1.1 preparation of design-and-cost documentation, based on the Functional and Utility Programme constituting Appendix No. A.1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of construction works, and the functional and utility programme (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454), and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Building Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418), as well as obtaining consent to carry out construction works in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Building Law Act; Obtaining a user permit if required. 1.2 performance of the designed construction works.
