MODERNIZATION OF PREMISES IN THE LABORATORY DIAGNOSTICS DEPARTMENT The subject of the contract is construction and installation works consisting in the “Modernization of premises in the Laboratory Diagnostics Department” (Main Building, floor +1, segment C1) at the Specialist Hospital named after Ludwik Rydygier in Kraków sp. z o.o.. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in this Specification, in particular the Functional and Utility Programme constituting Appendix No. 1 to this Specification, as well as the draft contract constituting Appendix No. 3 to the Specification. Elements of the works not included in the tender cost estimate or not priced, and resulting directly from the tender documentation (Functional and Utility Programme, Specification), the Contracting Authority will consider as priced and included in the offer, without any possibility of any claims whatsoever by the Contractor on this basis. Therefore, the Contractors are required to carefully check the documentation and the conditions prevailing on the investment site.
